Jinyun News: On the morning of October 25th, the inauguration ceremony of Tianjin Zhenniya Blood Disease Care Foundation and the launching ceremony of the SCO Medical Exchange Public Welfare Project were held at the Russian Building in Wuqing District. This event marks an important step for Tianjin in the field of blood disease care and international medical cooperation.

Li Jie, Deputy Director of Tianjin Municipal Health Commission, Lan Guoliang, Secretary of Tianjin Charity Association, Chang Wenqing, Director of Medical and Pharmaceutical (Association) Society of Tianjin Municipal Health Commission, Yang Wanjie, President of Tianjin Haihe Hospital, Cui Chao, Vice President, Xie Jun, Chairperson of Zhenniya Blood Disease Care Foundation, Deng Ruiying, representative of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, as well as medical representatives from Russia attended the ceremony together.
At the ceremony, Director Chang Wenqing officially announced the establishment of Tianjin Zhenniya Blood Disease Care Foundation. Chairperson Xie Jun then elaborated on the history and vision of the foundation's establishment, and outlined the practical plan to jointly build the 'Public Welfare SCO - Blood Alliance' starting from the Institute of Hematology and Blood Diseases Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Tianjin Haihe Hospital and Wuqing District.


It is reported that the project will take Russia as its first stop, with plans to expand to ten SCO member states within the next five years. It will also provide opportunities for more than 100 foreign experts to pursue further studies in China, aiming to set a model for international exchanges in hematology.
On behalf of Tianjin Charity Association, Secretary Lan Guoliang extended warm congratulations on the establishment of the foundation. In his speech, Dean Yang Wanjie stated that, as a medical institution, the hospital will carry out its work under the leadership of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission in strict accordance with the Framework Agreement of the Hematology Care Foundation, and explore an innovative model for the complementarity of medical resources at home and abroad.
In her concluding speech, Deputy Director Li Jie said that the establishment of the foundation came at an opportune time. It not only responds to the in-depth implementation of the Healthy China strategy but also aligns with the development trend of the Belt and Road Initiative and international medical cooperation. She noted that the foundation is expected to become an important bridge connecting China with the world and integrating medicine with public welfare, making positive contributions to the global prevention and treatment of blood diseases.
In the future, Tianjin Zhenniya Hematology Care Foundation will focus on care and support for blood disease patients, medical research, and international cooperation, striving to build a new medical public welfare platform that emphasizes both public welfare and professionalism, features resource interoperability, and promotes achievement sharing.
