On October 25, 2025, the founding ceremony of Tianjin Zhenniya Blood Disease Care Foundation and the launching ceremony of the SCO Medical Exchange Public Welfare Project were grandly held on the fourth floor of the Russian Building in Wuqing District, Tianjin.
The event was attended by numerous distinguished guests, including government leaders, representatives from the industrial sector, Russian medical experts, and colleagues from the medical community. Prior to the official start of the ceremony, the attending guests first visited the foundation's exhibition hall on the fourth floor, where they gained an in-depth understanding of the foundation's mission, vision and future plans through detailed graphic and video materials as well as vivid explanations.

Amid the eager anticipation of the attending guests, Director Chang Wenqing from the Medical Associations of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission officially announced the establishment of the foundation. The subsequent unveiling ceremony marked the official launch of this emerging public welfare force. Notably, during the solemn appointment ceremony, Chairman Xie Jun presented advisory letters of appointment to two renowned Russian medical experts, Academician Irina Faritovna Zolinikova and Dr. Kupf Sergey Sergeevich, and also issued official appointment letters to the core members of the foundation.

The highly anticipated SCO Medical Exchange Public Welfare Project was subsequently launched. It is reported that the project will take Russia as its first stop and be extended to ten SCO member states within the next five years. Academician Irina of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences stated in her speech that she would fully support the implementation of the project in Russia.

Meanwhile, Dean Yang Wanjie of Tianjin Haihe Hospital expressed his willingness for in-depth cooperation. Subsequently, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement, creating an innovative model of strategic coordination and resource complementarity between medical institutions and public welfare organizations.
Finally, Deputy Director Li Jie of Tianjin Municipal Health Commission pointed out in his concluding speech that the establishment of the foundation is well-timed. It not only responds to the call of the Healthy China strategy but also conforms to the general trend of international medical cooperation, and is expected to become an important bridge between China and the world, and between medicine and public welfare.

The event came to a successful conclusion in a warm and hopeful atmosphere. In the future, Tianjin Zhenniya Blood Disease Care Foundation will always uphold the mission of 'Gathering Love, Empowering Dreams through Scientific Research, Striving Tenaciously for New Life, and Promoting Kindness via Integration'. It will provide all-round support for blood disease patients through various means such as medical training, funding for efficient treatment plans, and international exchanges. With the launch of the SCO Medical Exchange Public Welfare Project, the foundation will also demonstrate the strength and responsibility of Chinese public welfare organizations on the international stage.
